Support
DSAL provides all levels of support from ad hoc telephone or e-mail support through standard 9 to 5, five days per week to 24x7 support agreements. Front line telephone and e-mail support is complemented by on site visits and regular product updates.

DSAL provides a benchmarking service enabling you to determine whether or not your existing solution is faster than a solution built on StreamBase's CEP engine.
